PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO HELP PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT IN THE TRIP
STATEMENT OF POLICIES 2023:
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
The non-refundable deposits are the commitment that customers make to me that tell me to go ahead and sign contracts with the horse vendor, employees, the farrier, insurance, my federal and state permits, and other commitments that have to be in place for me to continue doing business. The non-refundable deposit policy has been in place since we started our company over 24 years ago. I always recommend guests purchase the travel insurance, in case YOU decide to cancel your trip FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING COVID 19-RELATED ILLNESS OF YOURSELF OR ANYONE YOU NEED TO STAY HOME AND CARE FOR. If you test positive for Covid-19 within 30 days or less of your ride week, we need to talk.
So here is the policy:
- Any ride week that I, as the owner of Blue Sky Sage, cancel means that the deposit and/or full amount paid can be carried over to another ride week in the same year or for the following year only, OR if you cannot reschedule, Blue Sky Sage will fully refund any amount you have paid at the time of the ride week being cancelled.
- If you as the customer make the choice/decision to not join the ride you have paid a deposit and/or full amount paid on and essentially cancel your trip FOR ANY REASON, the deposit and/or full amount paid IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
$1800.00 non-refundable deposit required upon booking to hold reservation. Non-refundable balance due in full 45 days prior to arrival. We highly recommend travel insurance, click here to purchase AIG/TravelGuard insurance.
